Our laminating pouches are conveniently packed in cardboard boxes and include single pouch carriers for protecting your laminator. Pouches have rounded corners on all four sides. Our glossy laminating sleeves are high quality and meant to be used with any thermal pouch laminator. Once laminated, the gloss finish turns crystal clear, enhancing the document's colors. The laminating pouches encapsulate applications for a permanent seal, protecting the documents long term.

Quality Pouches You Can Rely On — Our in-house laminating pouches stand among the highest-quality options on the market. What sets them apart? They deliver true, reliable mil thickness. Each laminating pouch is made from two sheets of laminate, pre-sealed on one end — so when we say a pouch is 3 mil - 10 mil we mean each sheet is that thickness, resulting in a total pouch thickness of double that. Unlike some manufacturers who advertise 3 mil - 10 mil but deliver just 1.5 mil - 5 mil per sheet when measured with a micrometer, our pouches provide the full, stated thickness you can count on for durability and clarity.

Adhesive to Laminate Make-Up — Our laminating pouches are crafted from a precise combination of premium laminate and adhesive. Below is the breakdown of laminate-to-adhesive ratios for each side of our laminating pouches.

• 10 mil pouch: 6 mil laminate + 4 mil adhesive per side
• 7 mil pouch: 4 mil laminate + 3 mil adhesive per side
• 5 mil pouch: 3 mil laminate + 2 mil adhesive per side
• 3 mil pouch: 1.5 mil laminate + 1.5 mil adhesive per side
